Thankfully, Your Head Bounces (slightly).

I have been MIA for the past week or so due to a fairly severe concussion. I was walking through the kitchen when that old familiar feeling of “OH SHIT” began to com over me, and before I knew it, my head bounced off of the wall like an underripe melon.
I have been falling all over the place lately, too stubborn to use the wheelchair and too ignorant to face the fact that HEY, MAYBE I NEED SOME NEW MEDICATION, but I have been getting by with nothing more than a few bumps and bruises until this incident, in which my head collided with the wall really fucking hard.
Therefore I have spent a good week in bed and, while adjusting to more stupid medication, am thinking of ways to help combat this problem.
Number one:
Pros: Handy tray for snacks, Diet Cokes, and ashtray; kickass little spinny toys which may help me cut down on smoking
Cons: A real bitch to get through doorways, seriously treacherous on stairs
Pros: OMG HOW FUCKING FUN WOULD THAT BE
Cons: Would have to remain in doorway, could not reach computer, doorframe probably not strong enough
Good ideas, I think, but perhaps not entirely practical.
I may not be the world’s most practical person, preferring instead to keep my feet firmly planted in the land of What Should Exist on The Way Shit Should Be According To Jen Street.
It’s a lovely place, you should come visit sometime. I have a wonderful house in a really nice subdivision, very close to the city.
My internet presence will be sporadic this week as I continue to soothe my severely bonked brain.

I apologize. I’ve been remiss. I’ve tried that several times, in an effort to ‘knock some sense back into myself’ and it never worked. I meant to tell you in a more timely fashion. Mah bad.
Seriously feel better and I think option 2 would just be way more fun. Perhaps I should try that next to kick-start the ol’ labor. Literally!

I’m so sorry to hear about the fall and head bash! I’ve had my share of concussions and just rememer that everything is really slooooow afterwards for a few days. Last time I got these really cute pills that came in a blue plastic container with a picture of a head on it. I have no idea what they were.
I think you’re forgetting the obvious Trance Jen mobility device. The Trance Hamster Ball (TM). Think how fun it would be! Going down stairs would be a snap. Knocking those skinny skanks out of your way at bars would be a breeze and you could let a cute guy in with you to roll around and have some serious fun and call it physical therapy.

I want to post EVERY day - because that means you are healthy and i get a good read as an added plus. sorry if i sound like i am pressuring - i cant hate that. i am totally sarcastic and damn it, i want the doctors to find out what would work for you; maybe 1/1000th that you do.
